Caroline Marchand is Legal Counsel at Aquila (aquila.is), which finances and monitors solar, EV and carbon projects in Southeast Asia. Since 2024 Caroline has worked on the contracts behind Aquila's financing and carbon credit deals, and on the security that protects these deals across six Southeast Asian markets.
